Production results from FrontDeskPro inbound across a PE-backed ServiceTitan home-services portfolio (Turnpoint Services), measured over nine months. Inbound execution proof, not Collect recovery claims.

The problem

The calls nobody was there to answer

Residential home services runs on the phone. When a homeowner's AC quits at 9pm or a water heater lets go on a Sunday, somebody gets that job, and it is usually whoever answers first. Across this portfolio, a meaningful share of inbound calls arrived when the office was closed or every CSR was already on a line.

Before FrontDeskPro, those calls went to voicemail or an answering service relay. A voicemail is a callback list for the morning. An answering service message is a note a human still has to re-handle. Either way, the job was not on the board, and the caller was free to dial the next shop.

What changed

An AI front desk that books, not just answers

FrontDeskPro answers every inbound call, day or night, and holds a natural conversation with the caller: the same questions a seasoned CSR would ask, in the same order, with the same judgment about urgency. It reads from ServiceTitan during the call, recognizing existing customers and checking real availability, then books the job into ServiceTitan with the right customer, job type, and capacity slot, and writes the call outcome back.

The rollout covered three brands in the portfolio. Same playbook on every brand, with each brand's own job types, service areas, and schedules.

The after-hours story

478 bookings that would have been voicemail

The clearest slice of the results is the after-hours number. 478 booked jobs came in outside business hours, 139 of them between 9pm and 6am. Every one of those was on the schedule when the dispatcher walked in, instead of sitting in a voicemail queue while the homeowner called the next name on the list.

Across all hours, the engagement handled 8,712 live inbound calls and booked 1,201 jobs, a 67.2 percent adjusted booking rate, adding up to roughly $480K in captured revenue over nine months.

The part people ask about

Did callers notice?

99.4 percent of callers never knew they were talking to AI. They heard a helpful voice, got their questions answered, and ended the call with a booked appointment. The rare caller who needs a human gets escalated, and every conversation is transcribed and logged against the ServiceTitan record.

What it costs

$1,000 per month per brand

No onboarding fee, no platform fee, and no per-minute fee in the base model. The fastest way to judge the fit is to hear the agent take a live call and watch the booking land in ServiceTitan.
